Places usually pretty busy and prioritizes drive through one time, I ordered a drink and after waiting for around five to ten minutes, I stood up, i can hear the workers asking each other if they had made me my drink instead of asking me directly. I waited a little bit longer, and I never ended up getting my drink. And I just left, because I got so upset. I'm usually always patient with the workers. There's not many tim hortons that I leave reviews for but this one deserves a review. Nicci & Arin went above and beyond serving my wife and I . These 2 individuals should be the Gold Standard when it come to Tim Hortons Customer service. This is the way Customers deserve to be treated. Well Done!.

Tim Hortons' service has been disappointing for some customers. The staff behind the counter work tirelessly and are very kind and welcoming. The managers have consistently shown good customer service and go above and beyond. This Tim's has the fastest drive thru in the city. However, a food handler working at this location was identified as a confirmed case of hepatitis A. Some customers have also encountered issues with food quality, including a breakfast sandwich with unmelting butter and a hashbrown that was rock hard.
