Eh, this tims is starting to go downhillMultiple times now I've got a coffee where the cream settles on top, and it tastes way off to the point where it's undrinkableToday I also got a breakfast sandwich with butter that just didn't melt, so that's going in the trash as it's food safety is questionable at best.All in all I spent $10 today on a donut and a (rock hard) hashbrown..
Awesome customer service really appreciate the smiling faces each time I order. I would like to point out specifically the great customer service that Harsh/arsh gives, her greeting me with her smiles makes my day each time!

So I have to sort of chuckle, as we were in Barrie for the weekend. We visited this location 4 times and every time our orders were wrong. Sometimes we'd get bacon on our bagels out of the blue and other orders would be missing cheese.It became a game of what can they get wrong... and each time it was something different. We laughed about it, it is just a Tim's after all. But if you are particular about your food - perhaps choose a different location. Otherwise enjoy the mystery...read full review
