Travelling home from Vancouver to Timmins, we stopped at this Wendy’s for a quick bite. Wendy’s is usually my go-to when travelling, as I find it to be the most consistent across the board among fast food chains. What made this stop particularly excellent was Jack. Jack was the young man working behind the counter who served us. Not only was he fast and efficient, but his communication skills were/are excellent.
As we were eating, Jack came out to the floor to clean the tables and chairs. He then went over to the condiment station, restocking napkins and making sure everything was tidy. He didn’t miss a beat. This young man is an exceptional employee and deserves to be recognized.
Jack somehow managed to make my favourite burger taste even better— maybe that’s just the Jack effect 😆
For the record, we don’t know this young man.

Tried the taco salad for the first time. Actually pretty good! The spicy chicken burger is always my go-to, though. I like this Wendy's because the parking lot is massive and you can park and sit with your car facing out with a bit of a view

Food was squeezed into the bag Drinks didn’t taste anything like what I ordered fry’s where half a large container that I ordered Drinks I have no idea what god earth was in it all I know it tasted like dirty water from the river. And the tray was garbage. Spilt the drink on the ground always, god wanted us to no drink that garbage. Never going to this Wendy’s ever again mark that!

They NEVER have delivery orders ready for drivers. And I mean NEVER.
Really great service we asked for water and they gave it with no problem we didn’t even have to pay. The water was cold and fresh! Keep up the good work!!

Last couple times I’ve ordered food here, I got burgers and asked for no tomato. Every time they put tomato on the burger and the service is terrible. Welcome to “new Canada”
