The main guy working there is extremely miserable and rude. I’ll never spend money there as long as he’s working there.

Stopped in for a meal and coffee as we recently relocated and were looking forward to a nice meal with some friends. Food is nothing to rave about, portions are fine. Presentation is subpar- it seems like its a hobby restaurant does not seem like they really care much. My teaspoon had dried food on it. its ok.. i suppose mistakes happen? Service is lacking. Refill on coffee? Forget about it. We will not be rushing to return. It looked like a cute option but we will not be recommending.

Went in to ask for use a washroom, really had to go. Regardless, the man in charge apparently doesn't believe in human rights! He said only those visiting a person in care were allowed to use the facilities. Divisive man indeed. Poor character for someone's first impression.

Visit on Sunday, July 13, 2025 for coffee and light fare. Free parking available adjacent to restaurant, mobility impaired accessible. Well had a BLT sandwich, date square and a cookie. All were excellent. Saw some other orders served which also looked great. Smaller space for seating approximately 25 to 30 guests. Full meal menu options. Variety of hot and cold beverages, not LLBO licensed. Staff friendly, personable and professional.

Great place and wonderful owners!

This little place has 2 of the greatest cooks in this area. Meet here every Tuesday. Nice atmosphere to just sit and talk about nothing.

All staff including owner too selfish and rude, they can’t even give spoon even if you buy food packet or chips. So slow service, even though there is only one person at cafe they make me wait 10 minutes to just complete order process.

Always a wonderful experience. Love the staff and the food!

Come here every now and then with my partner for a little breakfast date. We are usually the only younger ones in the place, which makes sense due to its location. I personally find the food portions more reasonable than most breakfast places, as it's catered more towards seniors who aren't going to eat a giant breaky. This means far less food waste for my small appetite. The french fries are freaking amazing, crunchy and delicious. The prices are pretty average and very reasonable. There are dinner options, however I do believe they prioritize the residents for the dinner specials and do have a limited dinner menu so we have not yet actually tried a dinner meal here (yet) to comment on it. Will continue to return as long as it's around and allowing outside customers. ?

It's a little restaurant tied to a seniors facility, we almost didn't go in. Glad we did, great service, good food. We had brunch there.

Home style yet very creative cooking goes on here and the nicest people. I’d move into Victoria Village just to eat there every day!
