“Came to this Subway, 15 minutes before closing time, midweek. When we got there, we heard the female worker say to the gentleman ahead of us that they were out of a few toppings, as their food supply order was coming in the next day. The gentleman ahead of us was a bit annoyed that the toppings were limited, but she handled him very well. When she took my hubby's order, she was apologetic, but he was able to order what he wanted with no great problem. And, he enjoyed his sub. In talking, with the worker, she mentioned that it had been a tough day with people yelling at her because of the shortage of toppings, and we felt badly for her as she was very friendly, and the lack of ingredients certainly was out of her control. The Subway shop owner is lucky to have such a friendly, and courteous, employee working for him/her. I hope he/her realizes this.“
