“The only other place in town that I liked the poutine is Tammy's Taters but they make their fries with the skins on. Unfortunately, I cannot digest the skins so I haven't eaten there very often. We recently tried the Family Fry Shack and I was so happy with the poutines! They were cooked perfectly (no skins), great gravy and a choice of shredded mozzarella, curds or both, and the gravy didn't taste like beef bouillon! We have returned twice since and the food was great as well (although the 2nd time could have used a bit more gravy. No big deal though). I made sure to give them my thumbs up!“

“We were there at around 1:30pm today. We were quickly served and with a smile and had the best quality McD's food we've had in awhile - especially compared to the Ottawa area stores. The fries were actually hot and salted the right amount. Good job! I hope they get you to train the other locations!“

“With the cost of fast food these days it’s good to know that at A&W in Renfrew you definitely get your money’s worth. The food is always fresh and delicious, the staff always friendly and courteous. Worth every penny, every time!“
