Was a typical visit to a Tim Horton 's. Nothing great, nothing bad. I did recall that the "smile" cookies were smaller than others I have purchased over the past week or so.Vegetarian options: I have been vegetarian for decades now. Tim Hortons still does not have vegetarian options, really, in my opinion.

No chicken to make wraps in the evening. Ended up with a Chicken parm pizza. All the chicken was dumped in the same place so 3/4 of pizza had none.

I’m leaving this review as I just drove through and ordered a hot tea. They did not put the lid on correctly and while passing me the tea it split all over my hand. I waited for her to open back up the window to let her know I burnt my hand and I wanted napkins but she give me my 10cents, ignored me and shut the window. Yikes!

This is undoubtedly the most unprofessional Tim Hortons I have ever been to. Today I placed an order a little after noon on the app. When I arrived to pick it up in the drive thru I was told It was all good, when I arrived at the window I was told that despite the item being available on the app they don’t actually carry it…. I asked for a refund since that was the only thing I wanted. I was then told that since it was placed through the app I couldn’t get a refund…. Obviously at this point I was incredibly frustrated and asked to speak to a manager, since there was a long line I volunteered to park, come in and talk to them. When I got inside I was greeted by the most unprofessional and immature “manager” I have ever witnessed. She was a shorter blonde girl I did not see a name tag however she identified herself as the manager and IMMEDIATELY started to snap at me telling me how it’s not “her fault” and how she can’t do anything. She had no advice on how to fix the situation or any explanation as to why they offer items for sale on the app that they don’t stock. When I asked if they have made any attempts to fix this so situations like this don’t happen she immediately got upset and started to yell from behind the counter and told me that I was being rude and to leave. I’m still shocked someone considered a “manager” could be that immature, unprofessional and rude. I’m currently in the process of contacting the ownership and the head office to firstly get my refund but more importantly to let them know the type of incompetent person the have managing the restaurant. Hopefully the appropriate corrective actions are taken because the service here was absolutely disgusting

We were at the local emergencies where our elderly mother was being admitted. After many hours of waiting we decided to go grab coffee.while on our way there we decided to pick up a box of coffee for the hard working staff at the hospital.when we arrived at the drive through we proceeded to place our order and asked about the box of coffee.we were told it would be 15 as she had to brew 2 pots of coffee.She was clearly not happy when we said we would wait. When the coffee was ready she opened the drive-through window and I handed her the money which she took with apparent attitude.As she handed me my change she said with a ton of attitude "next time you need to order ahead" to which I answered " I was just picking up coffee for the nurses at the emerg" she spat back at me "I don't care ,you have a phone and we have a number I wont do it again ,its not fair to the other customers."At any time she could have asked me to pull into one of the spots so she could serve the 2 customers who showed up while we were waiting and I would have been more than happy to come back through after she was done with the other customers.The way she spoke to us was rude and disgusting and she should definitely reconsider her career choice if brewing coffee at a coffee shop would drive her to this despicable behavior towards a fellow human just trying to do a good deed.Super disappointing!

Says open 24hrs however - every couple of mornings on my way to work - there is never anyone on Drive Thru or even present. I assume sleeping? Service is horrible and this location is incredibly inconsistent and slow. Worth the drive down Ontario street when the other tims opens up.

For the last 4 weeks on Tuesday and Fridays we have tried to get a coffee at 2:30 am. Lights on but no one home!! Don’t advertise open 24 hrs a day! McDonald’s coffee will be our go too!

It would nice if your night crew knew how to make a latte or a london fog. The girl and guy working that night had no idea how to make one . Why are they working at a coffee shop then . I think the manager needs to do some training with the staff before they leave them alone on a night shift.

5:10 this morning.Only one there.Order XL steeped Tea milk and CC cookieTotal comes out $1 or so more than usual when I tap. I go everyday, same order, same price.$4 and change. So somethings up.Go to window, see the young blonde girl flailing about which makes me wonder why as I’m the only one there. Few seconds later the window opens and she thrusts a bag to me. It’s round, so I ask “Is that a Muffin”“Yeah”“I ordered a Choc Chip Cookie”“Ugh” she leaves- comes back and shoves a cookie at me.“Here”“Thanks. Isn’t there a price difference?”“Nope- they’re the exact same price!”“Sure?”“Yep” and shove my tea to me.“Thanks, have a great day” I leave get on the highway knowing she lied about the price. Annoyed I wait a few minutes to try the tea.Except- she gave me a coffee instead.Maybe she was having a day and dropped the ball. A one off. Whatever. But, that’s a Tim’s issue. Not the customer’s. Custom being the root word. Suppose I’ll have to start bringing my own

Getting tired of a store calling itself 24 hours and when you go there first thing in the morning, they lock up, They see people outside, sometimes waiting, and they still don't unlock when it's very cold out, but they can come to the door and pretend they're going to unlock and then walk away. It's very rude if it's not going to be open 24 hours, then don't advertise 24 hours. But I find it very disgusting and disrespectful to see them see people outside and then walk away when you were about to unlock. Bad for business and bad for people making a paycheck. If it wasn't for us customers , these people wouldn't get paid, so respect the people that put food on your plate. When people say 24 hours, they should honor that system cause everywhere else does. Now you just sit there, and you open up when you feel like it. Thanks a lot for making people freeze when they get off the bus. This happens more than once a week.

The absolute worst Tim Hortons location I've been to, and unfortunately the closest to me. They are constantly out of things such as espresso (2+ weeks their machine was broken!) and muffins. They are always rushing you to order and say "is that it?" after every item ordered. Gets very frustrating when ordering for a carful of people. Not only are they disorganized & pushy but they often do not get the orders right, causing you to have to park and go in & then wait on the correct item. Absolute shit show, wish there was a Starbucks within 15 mins.

I work at 630. so. I drop. my husband off Tim's on Tuesday, Feb 6, 2024. and it was closed the lady working saw my husband and others outside she was going to. open the store up . And she just walked away and did.not.open the door.I am not happy with this tim.
