Several of the patrons were disturbed to find an Indian man bathing himself from the sink and leaving a huge mess. It wasn't the staff's fault, but it didn't ruin it for some patrons.
It was a tough day at this location - we were there at noon - donut counter was mostly empty, only cold bottled beverage available was Fuze iced tea and bottled water, only bagel available was cheese, etc etc.. too many things out of stock to list. The bigger issue being that the clerks at the registers did not know that they were out of stuff until after customers paid for them. This caused several issues with customers.
