“Tonight I went to Goodlot. I don't drink alcohol but went with a group of friends. They had a non alcoholic cider that was delicious. The ambiance was fabulous totally chill and friendly. There were games for kids or adults to play. Chickens wandering around. Live music and a Polish food truck that was excellent! Thoroughly enjoyed myself and definitely will go again.”

“Sadly missed the Prime Rib dinner ,But had the Foxyman dinner, was very good, two minor issues , veggies were hard and under cooked, and the meal was large, and plate cooled down dinner to quickly sadly. Jessica K was awesome waitress, very good . Just found the over all volume a bit overwhelming., but enjoyed our meal thankyou.”

“We came in as a big group. The server, Cash, was beyond accommodating and so patient with a group of 12 and 13 year old boys. The Manager(?) a female (didn't catch her name) was quite rude and stomped away. However, Cash again worked with our group and our schedule (a baseball tournament schedule). “Did take out at Harvey’s for dinner. The order taken home was wrong. They were very busy but they need to take the time to make it right. Called and they were very apologetic, they would re-do fresh if I could come back. But of course we were hungry and we ate what we were given. In that case she gave me a credit for a combo for next time. Great customer service. But what we found strange when eating our burgers was that the buns were stale. One part was so hard you couldn’t bite into it. That’s never happened before. With the turnover I wouldn’t have expected that.

Edit: I went back to Harvey's on the 27th. Made my usual order. I had initially forgotten about the credit that was given to me over the phone. When I got to the window I told them about it. A few minutes later I was given my food, no charge! And to take whatever time I needed to check my order. It was perfect. I must say Harvey's has one of the best Poutines in Orangeville. They know what is required. The gravy has to be hot enough to melt the curds and lots of gravy on top, job done! Great customer service and my hat goes off to Management as they have instilled a great work ethic. The customer is happy and he will be back!”

“Despite the restaurant understanding that it was our anniversary, we were given the " bums " rush after 2 hours despite other patrons were able to stay longer. We had a reservation at 630, restaurant stated closing at 930, those arriving at 830, would have had 1 hour to order and eat.”

“I’ve recently have had open heart surgery, a friend of mine had picked up 4 meals from Quest for Cakes. Oh let me tell you I was not disappointed, the meals were fresh & so delicious. I highly recommend the meals to everyone.”
