City Belle Pub is a run-down, filthy establishment infested with bed bugs and cockroaches. The bouncer is often drunk and has been known to harass upstairs tenants. However, the bar still offers a range of activities, including beers, shots, and pool, and the staff is friendly and efficient. The pub could benefit from community support to fund renovations and new ideas.
