“I went for the Buffet, absolutely delicious meal. Butter Chicken was amazing. Even the salad crisp and fresh. Seating a bit tight but I’m sure the patio opening will take care of that.“

“We have tried 2 other Indian food restaurants in Belleville and this is, by far, the best. My husband will now only eat their food and is happy with everything he gets. They are very accommodating with my requests. We have been happy customers ever since we tried them out at the other location and will continue to follow them wherever they go.
If you want excellent Indian food, look no further, you won't be disappointed“

“If you’re looking to explore a new spot in Belleville, Bay Leaf Restaurant on Front Street is an absolute gem. From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and inviting vibes set the tone for what turned out to be a fantastic evening. We ordered the butter chicken, and let me just say—perfection. Rich, flavorful, and cooked to absolute tenderness. Paired with an Indian masala chai that was incredibly aromatic and comforting, it felt like a true taste of India right here in town. The presentation of the dishes was thoughtful and elegant, and our server was top-notch—attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. What really stood out was the personal touch: the owner stopped by to chat, making us feel incredibly welcome. Not only did he check in on our meal, but he also introduced us to a new sport we’d never heard of—such a fun and unexpected cultural exchange. There was so much food, so much culture, and just a truly memorable atmosphere. Whether you’re new to Indian cuisine or a longtime fan, I can’t recommend Bay Leaf enough. Go hungry and curious—you won’t be disappointed.“
