The Smokin' 116 Bistro offers a platter with ribs, hot dog, pulled pork, wings, and brisket. While the brisket might be missing sometimes, the pulled pork is fantastic. The atmosphere is energetic, featuring live music and friendly staff, along with bartenders making drinks. The owner, Saul, is a very nice gentleman. Known for serving a big pile of meat, they also host comedy nights. Customers have found their new favorite burger joint here, with the bacon cheese burger being a highlight, especially when topped with an egg. The beef is cooked perfectly, and the fries are amazing as well. The food is fresh, delicious, and offers great value. Plenty of parking is available for convenience, making it easy to dine in or take out.
