“Had an excellent experience for a Saturday breakfast on a rainy morning. We were greeted and seated immediately although there was nobody waiting. Our server Linda was friendly, courteous and very attentive to refilling our coffee and water and helping with menu selection. The food was good, hot and generous portions. Overall we had an enjoyable meal and great service!”

“Went here the first time on a recommendation from a friend. We had been meeting other places before but I did not like the atmosphere at the last place we went. Came to Asmara and it was lovely. The atmosphere feels clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, really great vibes! In my opinion this is the nicest coffee place in London if you want to meet a friend to "catch up".”

“This is one of our long time favourite places to eat in London. I was amazed with the changes at Irene’s. It has been beautifully transformed into an elegant yet cozy and quaint “still a favourite “ place to eat in London. My meal was delicious and nutritious and the host/server was as friendly and welcoming as I’ve always remembered. They have truly raised the bar and kept the quality and service. Thank you all for your hard work and brave dedication to seafood cuisine and neighborly charm❣️”

“I'm still a novice when it comes to Indian cuisine but my dinner here was delicious. I had the chicken vindaloo and I would order it again a hundred times over. It isn't licensed and the ambiance isn't comparable to fine dining but it's clean and the service was good, the price was right, and the food.... Most importantly, the food was fantastic! “My wife and I had the Garlic Focaccia Bread which was freshly baked in the morning. It was so delicious! There were whole garlic cloves baked into the bread which melted in your mouth upon taking a bite. The staff are so very kind and welcoming, I highly recommend this bakery for any fresh baked goods!”

I think the only downside for me is the location and the fact that they don’t have a change table in the washroom. But aside from that, they have great restaurant service and good food!”

“I came across this restaurant by accident as it was advertising a Bun Cha special. This place has very authentic specials on their Facebook page and you will miss them if you’re not subscribed. Their Bun Cha is just like the one I enjoyed in Hanoi where the dish originated. Great service and I have returned to try some other dishes as well. Always hot and fresh. Delicious!”

“Had another amazing brunch here yesterday. I had the eggs Benedict (they were PERFECT), sister in law had the big breakfast plate and niece had the Nutella banana pancakes and the look of joy on her face was amazing. The food was all so good, and the service there is the real star since they're very attentive and check up often which I always appreciate. I can't recommend them enough.”
