it’s under new management, and quite frankly needs some serious work like a Gordon Ramsay intervention.
Food is good but prices have gone up. I understand this is inflation..
Service is so slow it’s not funny we were there an hour and a half to get sandwiches and coffee
Never been to Belwood or the restaurant before, we were on a day trip from Toronto. Pretty village nice atmosphere great countryside. Was surprised to see the negative reviews. We didn’t know about the new owners so I’m writing this without any prior knowledge.We ordered the club sandwich and grilled cheese with fries. Astounded about how good the food was. Truly delicious. Service was great, friendly and attentive. Dunno what the fuss is all about as would def recommend.

Belwood Super Snax is also kid-friendly and offers a beautiful view of the lake with an outside patio. They now have a liquor license and a rotating server. The new owners have improved the food, customer service, and extended their hours.
