The staff went above and beyond by calling us not once, but twice to clarify some details of our order (I was not clear, it was totally on me). The woman on the phone was friendly, and helpful with a great vibe! The pizza and wings arrived hot and fresh. Everything is delicious. “I just want to say thanks to the team of red rockets in east Hamilton. We ordered a party pack of wings…onion rings and cheese curds. By the time the food arrive to us, the side of the box had broken open on me, going up the stairs into which half the wings or more fell out and it was quite a scramble. Quite a stressful situation to deal with animals trying to run a chicken wings going down the stairs. Anyhow, red rockets was amazing with replacing the wings and we would like to thank you very much so.“

When I moved to Hamilton(many years ago), this family had just bought this place, the people running the pizzaria prior, sucked.

The food is amazing, and they've always been extremely helpful. They've NEVER, EVER. Gotten my order wrong, and are never late.

At one point we were ordering from them twice a month, they know my phone number, voice and address by heart, and absolutely never skip a beat.

I love this place so much the owners are genuine, polite, amazing people.“

“I recently visited KFC for a quick dinner. I ordered the 3-piece chicken combo with fries and a drink. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy inside, though it was a bit salty. The fries were hot and fresh, which I really enjoyed.

The service was okay, and my order was ready in 15 minutes. The staff were somewhat polite but the food took a bit too long for my liking.

Overall, it was a decent experience. The food tasted good and the wait time was a bit longer than expected. I would come back when I’m craving fried chicken, but I hope they improve the service a bit. I’d rate this visit 3.5 out of 5.“
