“Kudos to the Manager on duty on July 13th. I ordered from Uber Eats and there was an error with my order. The Uber Eats menu had the wrong description for the item I ordered and therefore I received something I wasn’t expecting. I called the restaurant and the Manager took the time to figure out what happened and offered to replace my meal even though it was not an error on their end. This is excellent customer service. The food was great regardless of the change. Thank you Hampton Bar and Grill 🙏🏻”

Service is good. All the chicken/sandwiches dishes are nice.
Recently Tried the striplion dish and ravioli dish
Striplion was burnt could barely eat it. Server noticed but didn't really say anything. We didn't either as we didn't have time to send it back.
Reviloli dish was bland and hardly filled me. 4 small shrimps with about 6 raviolis.”

“We hosted our wedding at Old Flame Brewery back in September, and we couldn’t have imagined a more perfect venue. The vibe fit us completely — dark, and moody in all the best ways. We had our ceremony outside in the courtyard and our reception inside, and the whole day flowed beautifully (helped by absolutely perfect weather!).
A massive shoutout goes to Aidan, the manager and our day-of coordinator. From the moment we started working with him, he went above and beyond for us. He answered every question, addressed every concern, and handled every little detail — right down to replacing toilet seat covers because we were worried about loose ones (no drunken grandmas falling on his watch!). On the wedding day, he helped manage our timing, kept us hidden pre-ceremony, and even used a cardboard box to block us walking by windows so we wouldn’t be seen. Truly above and beyond. He is an incredibly kind human and an absolute gem to work with.
Our bar team, Nathan and Connor, also deserve a huge shoutout. They were phenomenal — so friendly, professional, and fun. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about them. They even invited our photographer to grab some shots of us pouring beer behind the bar, creating some of our favorite moments of the night. They took such amazing care of us and even handled collecting everything at the end of the night so we could soak in every second.
My wife and I are beyond grateful and so thrilled we chose Old Flame Brewery as our venue. The space, the staff, the vibe — everything was perfect. We can’t recommend them enough.”

“Port perry manager Elizabeth is fantastic! I am mask exempt and one of the employees told me to a mask up over my nose! I told her NO. There is mask exemptions for a reason and stores must follow them regardless to what employees or owners feel. Elizabeth read what happened and contacted me immediately. I explained everything to her and she informed me this will be addressed and won’t happen again. She agreed that every customer deserves respect and should be treated fairly without discrimination. I was so shocked and impressed that Elizabeth texted because most companies no a day don’t care! Get out! Or call the cops!. Don’t come back! Thank you Elizabeth for dealing with this employee and making it right to educate her on exemptions! Btw the sub was fantastic as it usually is ! Nice & fresh”

“Sonya is such such a kind sweet soul I remember her when she was at Simcoe and king her dogs and that were great back then, brought my 3.5 year old up to food truck corral yesterday for the first time yesterday and found her up there definitely wasn’t disappointed her dogs are better now and my son is the most picky eater getting him to eat even his go to foods most days like pulling teeth but he devoured his grilled cheese!”
