Tim Hortons has friendly and polite staff, providing great customer service. Some employees were especially kind and patient, even offering help. The young man serving was extremely kind and a gentleman, offering the best Tim Hortons experience in years. Employees were happy to properly rinse out a travel mug and didn’t hesitate to fill up a cold pail of water for a dog, showing great hospitality. A shift supervisor was very polite and provided quick service. The broccoli soup and coffee were enjoyed. The hash browns, soup, and buns were all noted to be fresh and hot. The location is clean and a good stop for those driving to Sudbury. However, some discomfort was experienced due to smoking near the building entrance.

The staff work hard, especially when the place gets busy, but the tables and washrooms are not always cleaned regularly, and outside garbage can sometimes be full. There are plenty of plug-ins for charging phones, and two wheelchair accessible tables are available. However, the accessible washroom has a handle on the door, making it difficult for some to use. The outside entry features a sliding automatic door with a traditional interior door opener. Despite these issues, customers appreciate the friendly service and the overall atmosphere.
