“First of all an amazing location and a nice patio to cherish a sumptuous Harvey meal. This was only my second visit to Harvey's since 2021 and it turned out to be as awesome as my very first visit to a Harvey's outlet in Toronto. The staff are warm and polite- specially Harman who suggested a great meal and got the perfect combo of veggies and sauces that turned out to be one of the best burgers I ever had. Going to drop in again on my next motorcycle ride- not just for the food, but for a lovely dine-in experience.“

“I ordered dinner tonight for my husband and I at Swiss Chalet. There was a little confusion/miscommunication at the till when the order was being placed but it seemed like everything was entered. I got my order home and there were 2 items that I thought were missing so I called the restaurant and spoke w/Karim. He immediately apologized for the error and provided a more than acceptable resolution for us. As it turns out, the 2 missing items were never entered into the order so I had not in fact paid for them. Karin very politely explained that I wasn’t charged but still made good on his commitment to make it right. I can’t tell you how much this level of service is appreciated by us. We will continue to be loyal Swiss Chalet Gravenhurst customers!“
