“The staff person at subway were overworked and struggling, and I watched the two Shell staff just lean back and watch without helping as people yelled. The subway staff was doing the best they could- yest those two staff members at shell Sat, texted and tapped for 15 minutes. Terrible team attitude. Horrible. I will never buy gas there again. . The subway person was doing their best.“
