BIG MISTAKE! This is my first negative review. We were a family of 6. First, they said it would be a 40 minute wait (Not a bad start fire what was expected of a quality restaurant. We mentioned, we’re willing to split up and they immediately seated us at 2 adjoining tables …which we brought together as 1. Then they said the tip would be an automatic 20% as we were 6! Watch your bill .They can’t explain what rounding adjustment was .Changed my tip amount after I had them take the rounding off.
Every time we are in Bracebridge we make a point to stop in. We are never disappointed. The food and service is always incredible.
Our son loved his grilled cheese so much that he had to make a point to tell them it was the best he’s ever had.
They were so kind to him they brought him a huge piece of chocolate cake. They entirely made his day. Thank you for always being consistently great!
