My drink and food was good, but I had an experience that left me a bit annoyed. I mobile ordered in the store (I don‘t like ordering at the front counters), and was waiting for awhile before my boyfriend went up and saw they just served my order without saying anything. At every other Tim‘s (and fast food places in general) I‘ve mobile ordered at, they say the name or order when ready. Joseph, the staff member at the Drive-thru window, is always a pleasure to deal with, remaining friendly and professional even when it's busy. However, the service can be slow at times, with long waits to be served both in the drive-through and dine-in. The staff are generally friendly, but some newly hired employees may need additional training, especially when dealing with customers who are not fluent in English.
