The food was excellent, but the customer service was terrible. We arrived around 10 PM, and the waitress told us to wait 20 minutes. We ended up waiting 40 minutes, even though we saw two empty tables. No one updated us or messaged us. When we went inside to ask, the waitress gave us an attitude, which was really disappointing and unprofessional. The only positive part was the girl who took our payment, she was very kind and even asked how the food was. But the other girl really needs to learn how to treat customers properly. It’s sad that such great food is overshadowed by such poor service.

No doubt their food quality is good but honestly I don’t understand the hype around ambarsari kulcha blvd . The service n quantity here is one of the worst I have seen . U end up waiting forever even when the place isn’t busy- it feels like they make people wait just to Look busy . The staff don’t care n no one takes responsibility for actually serving customers on time .

It was a surprise that we didn’t have to wait for long. After we were seated, we started hearing about 1 hour wait. So likely on a Saturday, the sweet spot is around 11am. Last time I visited at noon and I heard 1 hour wait and that was the same thing today. The food is great. Totally worth the wait. Food quality is super and the food is delectable. Totally value for money. Will absolutely recommend it
We came from kitchener to celebrate my husband’s birthday. When we entered we got to know that there is a waiting line, we were asked to wait for 30 min. We called after 30 min from outside of the restaurant, firstly no response on call twice, third time someone received my call but didn’t say anything. We walked in after 35 min then the same staff told us to wait for another 15-20 min. We cancelled our reservation and walked out. Very disappointed with the staff behaviour and management. Never gonna come again and ask everyone to avoid this place.

We tried Amritsar Kulcha and the food was really good! The gud vali cha was amazing — warm, flavourful, and perfectly made. The milk badam was delicious too, though the glass was quite small for the price — more of a short serving than medium. Overall, great taste, quality food, and friendly vibes. Just don’t forget to make a reservation — it gets busy fast!
The food was delicious and fresh. Also, the customer service was awesome by Navpreet and we really liked it. Would like to visit again. # favourite spot.
