I was very disappointed in the food when it looked so promising! I had the brisket with mac n cheese, cornbread and bread pudding. The only item that was good was the bread pudding. The Brisket was basically pulled pork that was dry watered down with no flavour. The cornbread they gave was such a small peice i thought it was crumbs they had leftover. The mac n cheese tasted verry strange definitely not the right cheese for a tasty dish. And for the price i paid the portion size was a joke.

Went on a weekday and the food was great. Not too busy at all. I had a sharing platter with my daughter and it only came to 32.50. This platter had brisket. Next time, we'll try the pulled pork.

This summer we hosted a 50 person event at our home for my husbands 40th. We used Briskit BBQ food truck and we could not have been happier. The staff was friendly, truck was on time, they took care of everything and we were able to relax and enjoy! The food truck options were amazing and everything was delicious and on top of that the prices were great. Would highly recommend!

Place has lots of potential, I would love to leave a great a review but the brisket situation has got to change. The brisket served here is shredded and unfortunately on the dryer side…. Not sliced tender juicy pieces as it is traditional known. Please consider switching to tradition brisket!!

I had the soup of the day, a Turkey and Vegetable soup that was one of the best soups I ever had.
The Chicken Wings were tender and juicy, barbecue sauce was a mild signature sauce that was delicious.
The butter tarts here are also amazing.
10/10, would recommend.

Mike went above and beyond with amazing service friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Easily one of the best BBQ spots around Thanks again Mike !

We walked in off the street. First time. Food was amazing. Order the Torpedos. We had the Briskeet Platter. So much food. Great macaroni and cheese. Fantastic Brussels sprouts. We’re coming back to support non-franchise, local business. Elaine made our day. Ed is the master of his kitchen.
Visited the area for the first time and decided to try this place for an early dinner on a whim — the host was super friendly and attentive, despite being the only one serving tables. Food was delicious (loved the beef brisket burger!) Fries were super fresh, and would recommend the torpedo rolls as an appetizer! Would definitely return for the stellar service and delicious food 😊

Service was good and the decor suits a BBQ place. Seeing the other reviews I am shocked to give a review stating the food was very poor. The brisket was dry no smoke ring and the meat was almost black. No smokey taste tough dry I got one piece from the fat end the the fat was not rendered properly. It feels the served brisket that was made awhile back. The ribs although meaty pull away from the bone again had no.smoke ring only smoke taste was on the top of the rib. Lots of meat left on the top of the rib which was different cut than any rib I have eaten. It also seemed this was a left over. It seemed to me the ribs were slow roasted in an oven them the sauce containing liquid smoke was coated on them
Hands down best sandwiches around. I love this place and love the owners. Great people. I walk out with a smile every time and it only gets bigger with every bite.
