We had a lovely family dinner at Briskit. The service was a highlight - warm and just the right amount of attentive. We had the shareable platter to try, with smokey wings, fried cauliflower, fried mac and cheese, and garlic bread, which was a delicious start. We also had the ribs and brisket - both were quality cuts of meat. We found the cornbread delightfully surprising. In the end we were too full for dessert, but the dessert menu looks yum. Great family restaurant.
Went on a weekday and the food was great. Not too busy at all. I had a sharing platter with my daughter and it only came to 32.50. This platter had brisket. Next time, we'll try the pulled pork.
This summer we hosted a 50 person event at our home for my husbands 40th. We used Briskit BBQ food truck and we could not have been happier. The staff was friendly, truck was on time, they took care of everything and we were able to relax and enjoy! The food truck options were amazing and everything was delicious and on top of that the prices were great. Would highly recommend!
