I love this bubble tea shop they have so many different varieties of bubble tea you can choose from they also had a special going on where you can build your own 32 oz drink for $7.99 which is what I got such a deal they also have a cute little shop inside the store where you can pick up little knick-knacks

We came in and the girl was on her phone and ignored us as we were waiting. We stood there for at least 5 minutes while her back faced us with her AirPods and scrolled on her phone as my friend tried to order. When she did give us the time to order she was short tempered and extremely rude.

Bubble tea shop with big space, a cute shop on the side, and tasty drinks. Visited the shop while waiting for my drinks to be made. Bought two super kawaii keychains and got a free Anpanman sticker! The drinks were made just how I liked it-- not too sweet! We got the mango slush and mango pomelo sago smoothie! Highly recommend both drinks especially on a hot summer day!

I am really disappointed at my first visit here. The staff is not interested in their work and the box with bubbles is opened, who knows what has fallen in it.

This is our family's favorite bbtea that is close by. Taste and price reasonable than other places. Our fav is the brown sugar milk tea and we only order those.
For a dessert desert Kanata, this is not bad. They still have great selections of bubble tea, I ordered half sugar 3 guys, it's still over sweet

I want to thank Alyssa. She provided great service to customer. Especially I left my phone on the counter, and she wait more than 30 mins for me to get after the store closed. She is so kind. And also I love Coco too. Lol

I enjoy this place, but it definitely needs more staff to handle the customer volume, takeout orders, and Uber deliveries. I usually order takeout through the Coco app, and it consistently takes over 20 minutes for my order to be ready. The employees seem overwhelmed and busy, leaving them little time to answer questions or even hand over a bag.

Absolute horrible, the drink was $8 and it tasted like my great aunts pits mixed with lemon juice from the 1800s not to mention the bottles held like they were fished out the ocean i barley moved it wrong and it spilled all over me . I would give my moms will to give 0 starts but i cant. don’t even get me started on the service the employee ignored me about 6-7 times without telling me anything about how much time they needed.
