Staff is pretty quick to serve and know the drinks well but they don't seem polite and just felt like they dont like everyone. We came in a time where it wasn't busy so our experience pretty much felt unpleasant and didn't feel welcome.
The biggest kicker is that they have a 2 drinks for $10 for their top 10 drinks. We wanted to order the mango slush but it comes with chunks and we asked to take it out. Apparently they can't do it. But they do offer slush with no chunks and its just annoying to have no modifications on their promotion.

Best bubble tea place !! I tried a lot of places and for some reason the pearls here taste better than most places I've been to. Good service and drinks. I took the jasmine brown sugar milk tea and it was so amazing. I recommend, especially for milk tea lover.

I love this bubble tea shop they have so many different varieties of bubble tea you can choose from they also had a special going on where you can build your own 32 oz drink for $7.99 which is what I got such a deal they also have a cute little shop inside the store where you can pick up little knick-knacks

We came in and the girl was on her phone and ignored us as we were waiting. We stood there for at least 5 minutes while her back faced us with her AirPods and scrolled on her phone as my friend tried to order. When she did give us the time to order she was short tempered and extremely rude.
Bubble tea shop with big space, a cute shop on the side, and tasty drinks. Visited the shop while waiting for my drinks to be made. Bought two super kawaii keychains and got a free Anpanman sticker! The drinks were made just how I liked it-- not too sweet! We got the mango slush and mango pomelo sago smoothie! Highly recommend both drinks especially on a hot summer day!

I am really disappointed at my first visit here. The staff is not interested in their work and the box with bubbles is opened, who knows what has fallen in it.
