Bubble Tea taste like just water and sugar mixed together. Will not go back.

Great bubble tea! There is also anime stuff and the prices are pretty good and they ask you if you want less ice or less sugar so that's nice!

i visit this location frequently. 2 days ago i came in and ordered the buba gaga and requested no passionfruit seeds, had no issue and the 2 girls working accommodated and were both very polite. today, i order the same thing with the same request and get told they can’t do that and i would have to order a different version of the drink (which no longer fit the 2 for $9 deal). whenever this worker is working they are noticeably less polite compared to the other workers and make everything difficult, i will no longer be coming to this location because this worker makes every visit unpleasant when they are there.

I went to coco after dinner was kinda full , so I ordered what’s is on the menu for “oolong milktea with pearls “ the name on the menu, and I request for “no pearls please “ . The”barista “ told me “no you must have pearls they can’t take that kinda request “ . Lost another customer .

Loved the bubble tea here. Staff were courteous and efficient. Interior space is nice and they have a little shop inside that sells cute Asian stuff like keychains, stuffed animals and stationery. I got an epic bubble tea drink 🧋with 6 toppings (pearls, sago, crystal pearls, grass jelly, tea jelly and coconut jelly), lol. It was all toppings, but that's how I like it. 🤣 Best Coco location in all of Ottawa!! 💖

I'm sorry to say that Coco's milk tea has been terrible the last 3 times I've had it. It used to be my go-to bubble tea. It tastes like water with with a chemical aftertaste now. No milk tea flavour to be found. I'm very sad about it! I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt but 3 times in a row means I likely won't visit again.
It was busy and a little unorganized when we were there. But, nice place, and the bubble tea was great!

I ordered two bubble teas for me and my friends. They added and extra 60 cents because they thought the pearls were an extra. But our order came with free pearls. The girl laughed when we told her that.
