Vinny and Shivam were both wonderful—very friendly and attentive, and they made sure our order was exactly how we wanted it. The only small issue was that the menu picture showed a cookie that wasn’t actually available in store. My son was really looking forward to it and got quite upset when he found out they didn’t have it. Shivam handled the situation so kindly and generously gave him a different treat on the house, which really turned things around for us. Great service...
Arrived here on a Saturday evening, moderately busy. Service was great, fast, friendly and efficient from hostess Vivian. Dessert arrived quickly and quality was great, the perfect comfort treat for this winter season.
Amazing experience! The ice cream and desserts come in big servings and are absolutely delicious. Everything tasted great and was more than worth it. Our server, Andrea, was wonderful—she was always checking on us, very helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back!
