Well what can I say, saw y’all on TikTok so we gave you all a try. Your brown bag fried rice was dry and had no taste, your deep fried wings had no flavour, for what you charge the portions are well below what most Caribbean restaurants offer. Your hot sauce is on point and better than most places. You said you hired the chef from calypso hut but he must be ready for retirement cuz that food that we had to wait 30 minutes for was not worth even that. Good luck to your business but it’s a first and last for me

This little hidden gem totally surprised us with the guaynese /Chinese fusion food by far the best in town in a very long time !!!! Definitely 10/10 on everything we have tried from presentation to flavor everything is perfection ! The new owner is really nice and trying to turn the place around but the food is great

Food was amazing!! Absolute hidden gem ? I came with my husband, niece and son who is 10 months old. The owner acknowledged that I had my son with me took the time to lower the music also faced the speaker away from my son and lock the patio door so that the cold won't get him. Didn't appreciate the vaping tho from other customers inside the place. Would recommend to anyone that is looking for real guyanese fried rice !!!

So i finally try the paper bag fryrice at dreams restaurant. My feedback is its not to my liking. The fryrice was kinda ok..the chicken didn't have the freshly cook tastes and looks..but everyone have different liking of food .
My personal experience at this establishment was top-notch! Warm, welcoming down to earth...etc, being married to a Guyanese woman for 15 years, traveling to Guyana, and experiencing the vibrant culture firsthand hopefully will grant me a small voice over naysayers in this review listing.Obviously, I am no expert to fine dining or the minute difference between cooking for each household, but as someone who has frequent the cuisine from South America and the West Indies I can say that the food was delicious and I would highly recommend you try it for yourself. Experience the people who are here, and the food that is prepared you will not regret it.Just because the food doesn't taste like you remember from back home doesn't make you an expert to bash places that do what they can to comfort people, and certainly, it doesn't mean the foods not good.
I think this is the only Caribbean West indian restaurant that has the option for the food in paper bags. The only problem is that they charge more for the paper bag food, and it's less than their regular one in the box. The second thing is when u place a specific order, u just don't get what u order it has happened to me 3 times now that the reason I don't buy from there anymore and when call to let dem know they have messed up your order they rudely hang up the phone on you as if they were given you the food for free and u should just take what they give to u. I find that very disappointing.Update from your replyAs I said and will say again, i did buy the paper bag food, and I also bought the container, and it 2 different amounts indeed. The paper bag is always less even tho we're always told it's more, the amount in the paper cannot feed 2 people ,? and yet we're being charged more for it and being told it's more, that's why u guys really need to fix that instead of making excuses that is more when it's not .

The place is good.. their take out order are very bad ? the prices you pay and food not worth it. All other places you get a meal that could feed 2 person. Your meal cannot feed one person.
