EuroMax Foods The Good Food Store

This used to be one of my favorite places to shop for deli meat, I am a long-time customer from Bovaird location. I went in on Friday and asked where to line up (which end) of the deli counter because I had been standing there a few minutes and no one acknowledged me. The young lady cleaning the glass gave me a disgusted look and then another lady said you're fine where you are. Although I said please and thank you for everything I ordered (which was a lot) I was never smiled back at and the younger lady even rolled her eyes when I asked a question. Thankfully the man who served the cheese was very nice as well as the cashier. I wonder where customer service and general kindness has gone?

One of the best European groceries, bread, pastry, deli etc.
Love to shop in this store. Good personal, very friendly and helpful staff.

Recently ordered a birthday cake, haven’t had such a delicious and tasty cake in a while.Thanks to Maria for the cake.

Amazing selection of foods from eastern Europe. Their in-house rye bread is delicious as are all their baked goods. Numerous cold cuts, smoked meats, sausages, cheeses, and ready made meals. The best place for a taste of Europe in Brampton!

These guys are really good their price amazing service is good everything's fresh and the most important price forget Starsky those guys are charging through the roof the bread is over $5 for regular wide bread share my them

Went to tha Brampton the store was very clean,but the woman were not very helpful specially the ladies at the bakery she just left me & went to the back of the store twice,it's very upsetting.

We ordered catering for my birthday!! White cheese and potato perogies, garden salad, chicken schnitzel and cabbage rolls. It was amazing. Tasted delicious!!! Lots of food. They were very helpful from the start and accommodated all my requests!! We will be getting more food from them more often!! Delicious!! Just like what Grandma used to make!! Thank you.

I love this place and now it's closer to me then ever before ?

I've been shopping at Euromax for the past 10+ years, and i love coming here. Yesterday at the brampton location, i experienced very bad attitude and slight racism. The girl at the sausage and cold meats section (young girl with glasses @ around 8 pm) was rude, and unappreciative while dealing with me. I even politely told her to have a great day, and she completely ignored me on purpose and started talking to the other customer. I understand that we can all have a bad day, but If you don't like your job, quit!! I brought this up to the very nice lady at the reception- only leaving the 2 stars because of her. Not sure if I'm coming back to be honest.

My favorite store ever

I’ve been there 4 times and all those times I witnessed one thing, there is no costumers. Every single station I went there I saw 3 or more employees just standing and talking to each other while you have to wait patiently for them to notice you so the time you finish standing in a every line your half a day is already gone. And the deli station is the worst, any given time you can see 4-5 people talking away and only one actually doing something. Please pay attention to your meats specially to cold cuts, usually is bad the time you get home and as an employee they should know that the meat doesn’t stay good forever. But like I mentioned earlier they are not there to serve costumers, they’re there to collect the pay check. So if you want to save your money and your time please visit Starsky or any other polish deli store and you’ll know the difference. Most of the costumers already did that that’s why the store is always empty. The staff is extremely lazy and rude and don’t you even dare to tell them that you’re not happy with their service or their meats look like couple weeks old. They’re all should be disgraced working there.

Super disappointed in the deli department... buddy was wearing gloves, great! BUT, i saw him pick his ear and than touch the wall and than touch the unsliced deli... ughhh i really wanted this place to be good.

Not the first time i have seen poor sanitation from this location.

Remember you can still cross contaminant items with gloves on... be more mindful. Dont touch a broom and than handle food right after. You must wash your hands or at least change your gloves.

Pay attention to what you are touching...

Really pray you guys dont get enyone sick...

At the end of the day, I've dealt with some great staff.

Great shop and cafe with a fantastic selection. Most staff are friendly and helpful.
