We hired Fire It Up BBQ to cater our company’s 40th anniversary employee BBQ, and they were fantastic! The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. They catered for a company BBQ in a building parking lot, serving well-cooked food with a decent selection of burgers and hotdogs, along with sides like salad and cookies. Their staff was sufficient to serve and cook the food efficiently.
The team also handled outdoor events with great care, arriving on time and setting up quickly. The food was amazing, and guests enjoyed it so much they went back for more. Customer service is consistently praised, with prompt and friendly communication from the initial inquiry through the event. The staff is patient and attentive, ensuring everything runs smoothly. They even accommodated special requests, such as serving Halal chicken separately and cooking veggie items before the meat to avoid cross-contamination.
They also catered a wedding during cocktail hour and dinner service, serving spectacular dishes like lobster rolls, lamb chops, steak, grilled vegetables, and shrimp. Many guests, including those with big appetites, enjoyed the food immensely. The BBQ Feast combo, which included shrimp skewers, pineapple skewers, rice & peas, and oxtail gravy, was a huge hit at a Hawaiian luau-themed wedding reception. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked.
