I usually enjoy my sub. This time I ordered the cheddar and brisket. Not good. The beef was very tough. I could've paid half the price at Mr. Sub and had tender beef.

Food was excellent as always, first time at this location. Tina is amazing! Will come back just for her service and levity. Give her a raise!!

I am a regular there. I usually pick up a sub or two per week and sometime a brownie or two. They are very consistent and friendly. I picked up 2 subs today a meatball and an Italian. I liked the meatball more. My favorite sub there is probably the hat trick. I would definitely recommend this location and restaurant to my friends and family. Cheers

The quality and freshness of the ingredients is amazing. Been there many times and it's always great.
Hook and ladder and the club are my favorite subs.

Been here 4 times , 1st time was good and the rest they have found a way to mess up my order . I did take out , one time I drove all the way back to solve the messed up order. I like firehouse subs but please hire ppl that talk and understand English.

I just ordered not one but three sandwiches from the firehouse subs on steeles and kennedy, resolution drive, brampton. I know how this sandwich is supposed to taste, I order it all the time. For starters, the meat was disgustingly hard ,almost un cooked and tough. The bread was definitely not fresh. I saw this when I got home, I threw everything in the Garbage. I called the store and she tried to tell me the bread was fresh. That bread was 2 days old. I know fresh bread. Trust me. I have never been more discussed with this location. The people can't understand English. So what are they doing serving people if they don't understand. Needless to say the food and service was gross. I dont understand how this location is still in business. And this reflects on all of them. I expect to be reimbursed for the terrible food these people gave me. I spent 65.00 on pure Garbage. So if anyone is thinking of going to this location. Don't. They have absolutely no people or looking skills. Very discusting and dissatisfied.

Visited the Firehouse Subs location at Steeles and Kennedy (near the 410) in Brampton recently, and honestly, it was a disappointing experience. There was only one staff member working during what felt like a busy time — a lineup of about 4 people ahead of me, and more customers coming in behind me. I ended up waiting close to 30 minutes just to get my sub.

I understand the employee was doing his best being alone, but the wait was frustrating. On top of that, when I finally got my sub, it was over-toasted — the bread was really hard, not the quality I usually expect from Firehouse. It felt like it had been forgotten in the toaster while the he juggled multiple orders.

I didn’t make a fuss because I could see the guy was overwhelmed, but honestly, it was a letdown — definitely not the experience I’ve had at other Firehouse locations. Hoping management sees this and takes a look at staffing levels here — or at least reaches out. Would be nice to give this location another shot when things are running smoother

Great quality subs. Reasonable price for quality. Friendly customer service. Reasonable waiting time for food.

Food was alright. Looks very interesting inside.
