I haven't been to Gems in awhile. I used to order the goat soup regularly. It was often tasty with good flavour. The soup today was horrible. It was extremely watery and lacked flavour. There was absolutely no seasoning. In addition the size of the container has gotten smaller. The large was in a small container and cost $10.17 . Overall horrible soup and the service was not any better. I will not be back!!!

RUN BELLY. They gave me OLD food that was so dry and smelling stink like it has gone bad long time. I went back in with the food and they REFUSED to give me a refund and take their rotten food back. AVOID at ALL costs.

This food was disgusting. Do not come here I ordered oxtail and rice and peas. The oxtail has absolutely no flavour the oxtail “gravy” taste like water with salt. I see why this place has two stars. She did not take the fat of the oxtail it taste like a candy gummy. Customer service wasn’t the greatest, The only positive thing is the restaurant is clean inside.
