I ordered combo 3b and have been for the last 3 years . I always made modification to my order .. instead of chicken chop suey I get chicken wings and instead of the beef with broccoli, I get Szechuan beef. I have always paid extra for this modification and had no problem doing so. Today , the gentlemen who I spoke to in the phone told me I can’t make changes because the combo is already 30% discounted .
Does $60 for a combo seem discounted ? I told him I’ve been ordering there for over 3 years and always have made this change INFACT the lady who I always dealt with previously told me there’s a difference in price and I was happy to pay .
No where on the website does it mention you cannot modify and to be told “ that’s the last time you’re doing that here” in the upmost ignorant and belligerent way is a complete turnoff ! I will not be buying from this location any further .
A customer could have an allergy and may need to adjust something … and nobody should have to be spoken to in a rude manner or treated poorly .
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE .
The lady has always been a pleasure and very kind. I wish I got his name … but if you like to continue with good business …. Get rid of him from answering the phone … he will jeopardize business !

Ordered 3 orders one came wrong and it was delivery so I was told I would have to pay a $5 fee to change one of my orders to the right one even after I had tipped the driver in the first place food is not the best and it’s all rice and a hand full of meat

Ordered singapore noodles. 95% noodles. Very disapointing. First time not happy with meal
I got combo #9 and the appetizer platter, it wasn’t that great. Food is very basic and made with no love. It was lacking flavour. The fried food was very oily aswell. Great customer service though! Very friendly staff? And very clean restaurant!

Usually this place is always good for simple Chinese food however the last time I ordered for delivery the food was pretty bland. Despite that the lady who answered the phone was very nice and accommodating, the delivery driver was very kind as well. Maybe a little more msg😉
