Absolutely amazing customer service, the guy behind the counter was very patient with me and my sister as we tried to discover new cuisine and how their '/lb' pricing worked.
We'd only gone in for the sweets but I had noticed the food behind the counter looked delicious and the aroma was amazing; had we not been in a bit of a rush I surely would've sat down and had some of their actual food as well!

As for the sweets, they were amazing...

Visited Kwality with my parents who had just arrived from India, and the experience was exceptional. The hospitality and warmth shown by Mr. Bishnu were truly on another another level. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the overall service made us feel right at home.

Huge kudos to the Kwality team for maintaining such consistency, and a big thank you to Mr. Bishnu for making our visit so memorable. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing lunch at Kwality Sweets in Brampton. The Amritsari kulcha was absolutely delicious — perfectly spiced and not greasy at all. The sweets counter was well-stocked, and I loved the fresh Rasmalai and Kaju Katli.

Special thanks to our server, karanpreet singh , who made the experience even better with his friendly and prompt service. The place was clean, organized, and ideal for families or quick meals.
