We came to Mr. puffs to try it for the first time and we experienced such great customer service by Manpreet. She was so sweet. She was so welcoming so helpful overall 10 out of 10 experience. I would come back just for her!!!

I had such a great experience at Mr. Puffs. I visited in the afternoon on Jan 26, 2026, and from the moment I walked in, the place felt welcoming.

Kiran helped me choose different flavours and she was fantastic. She was friendly, patient, and gave really helpful suggestions, which made the whole visit even better and made me feel valued as a customer.The puffs were fresh, warm, and really delicious, and you could tell that a lot of care goes into making them.

This spot used to be great but the puffs taste a little off these days, it tastes like they don't change the cooking oil often. Thats my only criticism, otherwise, the staff is great & the dessert options are vast.
