New Cane Grove Family Restaurant

This 1 star is specifically for the New Cane Grove Brampton location. Over the weekend I decided to try the location in Malton for their pepper shrimp and curry chicken w/ Roti. It was great and I loved it, I even put my friend and mother on who are actually purchasing from them today. I am at work and I called to order in advance for pick up since my lunch time is limited however, I am a new customer and did not know there were more than one location. I called the Brampton one and ordered not noticing it was the wrong location which is my fault. When I called back to add Crab and cheese wonton's she said we don't have them at this location I realized what I did. I apologized twice for the inconvenience and that I intended to order in Malton. She then told me yes your order is in Brampton for you to pick up which I said unfortunately I can't as I work near the airport. MY GIRL HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME LIKE I STOLE HER MONEY. What kind of people in customer service do you have working there? NEVER in my life have I had that happen and I have done this before to turtle jacks which they were so good at their customer service that they told me I don't need to apologize it's an honest mistake. Stop hiring these people who are full of attitude and don't understand how customer service works. I am a new customer and that experience could literally turn me off of the whole restaurant chain but luckily, I'm not a j*** and understand that if your location has rude people doesn't mean the other has the same. Fix your staff or lose customers. Very rude.

Food is good. There wings r amazing, Not oily at all.

The atmosphere is satisfactory. The food in my opinion could use some attention. There is nothing in the food to tantalize your taste buds. Very basic Chinese west Indian food.

The only West Indian place who has Asian cooks and knows how to make the food spicy! Also it's Halal. So this food will apply to most people in Brampton. Really good food btw. Didn't expect to be this good. Actually very surprised and very clean restaurant as well. I ordered couple times from Skip but this is my first time being here in person.

Delicious and good amount. more than enough for one guy. mixture of chinese and west indian cultural comfort food. nice place to come for a few drinks and wonderful snacks with friends.

The Singapore noodle dish was excellent! And what made it even better was their homemade pepper sauce!!

Food was good and the portions were a lot, definately will be returning to try other things on the menu

I love their crab meat soup and Cantonese chow mein. I need to try other menu items before commenting again.

We often order food from here and it has usually been good. Today my boyfriend ordered food for pickup and with two cans of gingerale. When he got home he noticed that they did not pack the gingerales so he had to go back. When he asked them for another gingerale to compensate for them messing up the order they straight up told him no and they did not even apologize, which is fine but you put your customer at an inconvenience don't you think you should compensate your customer for your mistake? Practice better customer service .
