Service was not good at all female employee , female was not helpful not understanding who work on evening time was really rude for giving the service I hope osmos work regarding their poor customer service by their employee

This place has gone down with their service must say,I ordered here twice won't waste my hard earned money ordering here the third time.spent 94$ and two of he chicken salads were missing the choice of add ons I told them to put,wanted fries on the side thy still put it in the wrap,never got the sprite I ordered either.its like they just not thinking and do their own thing not heeding what u actually want.Also the chicken pieces were hard like rock could hardly chew on them and gave me a stomach ache later.this place seriously need a food inspection done there before somebody dies of he food poisoning eating their days old stale food..

Date:- February 29th, 2024, Time:- 12:15 pmI am a big fan of Osmow's, I ususally have it once or twice a week. Today was the first time I tried out this location since I was in the area. I had a terrible experience, I ordered Chicken Shawarma wrap, this lady there didn't even heat up the chicken and lettuce was not fresh at all and this was first time I was not able to finish up my wrap because chicken was cold so it was too hard to chew it. I see now other reviews which had the same issue meat/chicken was cold. Owners should really be concerned about it.Thanks
