Had a shawarma from this place. Nice friendly staff. Although shawarma taste a little bit low. The reason first they should strat using fresh bread and they mix it well before closing the wrap. One side u have vegi and other side u have meat. Every bite should have same taste and flavor.
Poor customer service
I’ve been a regular and loyal customer to osmows for a couple of years now but my last visit to this store was a complete disappointment… the food is no doubt delicious but the chicken is most of the time very hard to chew but that’s still not the issue i had…. Usually when I order my regular half and half I specifically ask them to give me chicken on the side liek not extra chicken but just on the side and mostly every osmows store does that for me without charging me...read full review

Customers praise the friendly staff, very fast service, and that the food never disappoints. The food is great, and they know how to make good food. The atmosphere is good. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient. They prepare everything really well and make sure it’s done fast and to perfection. Every time, the order is spot on and the service is always exceptional. The fantastic service from Qurat, with her warm smile and positive attitude, truly elevated the experience; she is passionate about great customer service. While dine-in is not available, the restaurant offers lot of parking and is kid-friendly and wheelchair accessible.
