“Have been getting this delivered for years now, never a problem, until our latest order. We raved about Gino’s to our family visiting from the USA, it came, it was cold(we live around the corner). It felt like the pizza had been sitting and they literally threw the toppings on it, they weren’t even cooked and again cold. “I recently visited Gino’s Pizza and was really pleased with the food and service. The pizza was fresh and delicious, and the service was friendly and efficient. However, I couldn’t help but notice that the girl working behind the counter was handling everything on her own—taking orders, making pizzas, answering phones, and running the front. She did an amazing job under pressure, but it’s clearly not fair or safe to have one person managing everything alone, especially during busy hours. Management should definitely consider scheduling more staff to support their employees and ensure a better experience for both workers and customers.“

“I been to this Boston Pizza many times and I don’t usually write reviews but this place is great. Customer service is top notch at first I was a bit disappointed as I received my Caesar salad late I told staff to cancel and they did and they wanted to give a compensation but I told them it’s fine as it was not a big deal. But the fact the staff outta their way to specially make a desert I desired without of charge and with out telling me shows that customer service is their priority in this location and I would definitely this Boston pizza location as the staff prioritize customer service“
