I spent approximately half an hour or more in their drive thru! There was a disgruntled customer (twice my size) who was holding up the line because he felt that for whatever reason he deserved a free meal. He was shouting & making a scene.

TERRIBLE customer service. VERY DIRTY restaurant.
I went to Taco Bell at Mclaughlin & Bovaird. my Tacos were poorly presented. i picked them at the drive thru amd have faced these issues mostly at drive thru where food is not properly packed just so they can serve you fast. This time i took the effort to go in and talk about it.
