Usually go to this restaurant for Thai food. However my experience was bad when I ordered a plain noodle in Tom yum broth, as they just added hot water to the noodles. The noodles didn’t contain ANY broth of Tom yum.
I've eaten at other Thai Express locations before. But I was most disappointed with my order Shak a bowl with beef and a spring roll. Half of the bowl was full of big chunks of lettuce, with some leaves brown. The beef had absolutely NO taste and lots of chewy gristle parts. I had no sauce for the meal and had to ask for peanuts and hot sauce I would never order from this location again. Sorry!!

I've been to this location 25+ times over 3 years and it's always consistent with their service and quality. I haven't tried the menu to the fullest but the "pad thai" and "pad see" are definitely worth the visit.There was one occasion I had made an order that included a drink but I had also asked for a cup of water and I was being upsold to buy a bottled water. I'd argue it's unnecessary to charge for water when I've made a $15+ purchase that includes a drink. Other than that...read full review
