It was one of the best Parantha place in Brampton and other dishes were amazing too. Everything went down when restaurant was sold to the new owner. Now it’s not worth it

We came from Calgary based on someone’s recommendation and decided to visit this restaurant. When we checked the menu, we wanted to order bhature and paranthe. At the counter, we asked the cashier (a girl) to place one order of aloo parantha and one order of bhature. Her response was, “Sade kol heni bhature… sade kol heni kuj v, ikle paronthe te thali.”
If most of the items are not available, then why are they listed on the menu with so many options? That was already disappointing.
It got worse when we asked if they had gudd wali chai. She replied very rudely, “Nai, sade kol heni… gudd wali chai ni hundi,” in a dismissive tone. We were honestly shocked by the way she spoke to us.
As customers, we expect basic courtesy and respect. The food might be good, but rude staff can completely ruin the experience. The owner should really look into hiring and training staff properly, because behavior like this can easily drive customers away and hurt the business.

We spent over $100 at this restaurant and were very disappointed. More than half of the menu items were not available, which was frustrating to begin with. The food we did receive was tasteless and soaked in unpleasant, excessive oil. Overall, the quality did not come close to justifying the price. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning.
