Do not recommend. I called the morning before my trip to make sure we could stay using a debit card or cash for the deposit and stated I don’t have a credit card, the woman on the phone told me that’s ok we don’t need a credit card they will just take the deposit from debit, so I pack up my two young kids and head for the hotel which is a 5 hour drive from home. We arrive at the hotel to check in where I am told that “there’s no way someone told me I didn’t need a credit card” I showed the front desk my call logs to show I indeed was speaking with someone and suggested perhaps it was a new employee on the phone that didn’t understand the credit card only policy but that is not my fault. After bickering back and forth, offering way more of a deposit than they would ask, they still turned my kids and I out the door in the winter due to their mistake. There was a sign on the wall stating the manager was in, we asked to speak to the manager and was told he/she wasn’t even there. The experience with the staff was just horrible. We ended up at the HOLIDAY INN on nevet street and I HIGHLY recommend them, they were understanding and got my family into a room Quick, plus cheaper rates & friendly accommodating staff.

Okay n bit on costlier side

Only had one breakfast here while staying in the hotel and found it to be totally uninspiring. Food was warm at the best and the choice was poor. This could have been because we arrived 30 minutes before closing time and it may have been that food was running out and due to the limited numbers eating here, no more food was going to be cooked.

big open area to spread out in for a business meeting; good menu for light meals; efficient and friendly staff and a reasonable wine and beer list. Oh and good coffee too.
