They took wrong orders, when i said drink was missing they said i didnt place an order, same begal they gave 2 orders as i place 2 different orders and the sandwich bread was hard as stone no good service

Horrible customer service my order was basically thrown at me asked for a toasted bagel bagel was not toasted. Not sure how difficult it is to toast a bagel after waiting almost 10 minutes and drive-through lineup still can’t get the order right.

The drive-thru staff are consistently rude and seem to rush customers even when there are no cars in the lineup. There’s no greeting, no “thank you,” and no basic courtesy. It’s surprising how untrained and unprofessional the service can be for a customer-facing role. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here, management really needs to address this.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at your Tim Hortons today. The lady serving us was rude, unprofessional, and completely inattentive. We arrived at 10:20 and were told to wait 20 minutes. After returning 40 minutes later, she told us to wait 5 more minutes. We came back again, and the same excuse was given. Despite three visits, she failed to serve the coffee we asked for. This level of service is unacceptable in Canada. It is obvious that this staff member needs proper customer service training immediately to learn how to treat customers respectfully.

When I arrived today, I ordered a chai tea latte and requested that it be heated. Unfortunately, it was still cold, which makes me suspect there might have been an issue with the machine. The staff kindly made it again, but this time I was taken aback to find that it was served in a medium cup with only half of the foam and half the tea. I'm being charged $3.68 for this, which is incorrect. I've sent photos as proof

I’m really disappointed with this Tim Hortons location. Almost every morning their scanner is not working, which makes it frustrating for regular customers who want to use their app or collect rewards. On top of that, I’ve noticed the morning manager constantly pushing the employees to rush and handle more drive-thru customers instead of focusing on proper service inside. It looks stressful for the staff and affects the quality of service. I don’t know what kind of management policy they follow, but this location definitely needs better organization and working equipment.👎🏻👎🏻

The staff drive thru stick out their hands, to prevent you to pull up at the windows, because they have some many minutes to service you, and they are not meeting the quota, they they avoid you from pulling up. When you get there, your order is all wrong and basically thrown at you. I spend 20, and my sandwiche had just turkey in there, my breakfast wrap was cold, my coffee was wrong, and we'll.. my bottled water was good.

More then once at this location their scanner has been not working. At least say something at the window when ordering. Some people , like myself, have my payment via the app so if your scanner is not working, how can I pay? Just a bunch of slow, can't speak english, individuals with no customer service.

Very disappointed with the customer service at this Tim Hortons. The girl who took our order was extremely rude. We simply asked for our chocolate dip donut to be packed in a box, but she started questioning us in a rude tone and even began saying things in Hindi, which we didn’t understand but could clearly sense were not polite. When we said we preferred it in a box, her attitude became worse.

A man nearby tried to say she was new, but that’s hard to believe—she acted like she owned the place. On top of that, when our bagel was ready, they just left it sitting on the counter without calling out or letting us know. Only when we asked did they say it was ours.

As someone who understands the importance of good customer service, this behavior is completely unacceptable. Every customer deserves respect and a friendly attitude, not sarcasm or indifference. Tim Hortons really needs to train their staff better and remind them how to treat customers properly.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at this location. The staff were extremely rude, untrained, and completely unprofessional. I waited 30 minutes for a simple order, and instead of being helpful or apologizing, the employees acted over-smart and dismissive, which just made things worse.

I understand new trainees may take time to learn, but the rest of the staff showed zero courtesy. When I raised the issue, they rudely told me to “call the manager and talk to them” instead of taking responsibility.

This is not the level of service anyone expects from Tim Hortons. Very disappointing and frustrating. Never gonna visit this location again.
