The staff is unprofessional and impudent, ordered a black coffee and she asked If I would like to add something with my order. Upon asking if there is an offer going on or is it free? She in a very authoritative manner stated, “Nothing is free in Canada”.
If we have already answered NO to when asked anything else? Why would you still ask? And if I even asked about offer; what doesn’t it mean stating NOTHING IS FREE.
So disrespectful, was not expecting this level of customer service from Tims
