Tim Hortons needs to improve their service. Every time I visit, there’s no one at the front counter, and it takes way too long just to place an order. Staff seem disorganized or understaffed, and customers are left waiting without acknowledgment. It's frustrating, especially during busy hours. A faster and more attentive service would make a big difference. I hope they address this issue soon.

This was my first time at this Tims. The service was amazing. Ekta who helped me with my order was clam and patient. Not only that she also suggested me good combo. Also this fireplace looks nice.
