Can’t praise their customer service enough. I go out of my way to visit this location because of the service. When I visited this evening Mandeep made sure my order was being prepared while I waited in line so by the time I get to cash my coffee is ready to go. Amazing service
I have such a great experience at this Tim Hortons thanks to Susan and Mandeep! They are both so friendly, welcoming, and quick with my order. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and they truly make the place feel warm and positive. My coffee was perfect, and their service made my day so much better. Thanks, Susan and Mandeep, for your kindness and great customer service.
The team was so nice and helpful. I needed to make a big order so I called the store. They usually don’t take orders over the phone but when I explained my situation Susan was very accommodating. When I got there Simran was very patient with me and also helped me take my order to the car. Highly recommend this location!
