Turns out this is a self serve Tim Hortons... Didn't realize that ahead of time and not really any signage indicating this or what to do...
That said, the staff working were very friendly and helpful!

My husband and I go to Tim Hortons almost every day, love their coffee and other items. The only problem we have is when we get to the window we are immediately asked "how we want to pay".. No hello, no smile, no greeting whatsoever. Just "how do you want to pay" and if we want to redeem an offer, they scan the card but don't tell us the new price, just shove the debit machine towards us. When I used to work a drive thru years ago, we were always told that courteous and good service were #1, leave the customers with a good experience. So ? that this does not seem to be the norm, rather the exception.
