Terrible service. I went to the drive thru to order and no one answered. I went up to the staff and asked if i can order there at the cashier and staff denied to provide a service.The staff here does not know how to provide a service. Literally ruined the Tim Hortons franchise and how to deal with customers. Its not even worth my time to formally complain because the manager hires useless people to work there.Avoid going here as the staff is useless and have no clue how to resolve issues.

This occurred about a month ago.... I went through the drive through and requested a medium iced coffee to be made in a large cup. I was told they weren't able to do it... even though they have in the past. I then told them I was fine with paying Xtra for the cup but was still denied. When asked to speak to a manager she advised she was the store manager named harpreet. When asked what the issue was even though I offered to pay for the Xtra cup she stated it was due to the fact that they would be charging me for a medium so they must make in a medium... I'm disturbed that the store manager cares more about the inventory count rather than customer satisfaction.... even if they offered the cup on the side I would have been OK with that.I called headoffice and complained. All I asked was for the store manager to call me or send an email with a reasoning or an apology for the inconvenience... even they agreed that this was unnecessary.I spend a lot of money at tim hortons and to find that harpreet who is the face of the store lacks in customer service makes me no longer want to support this franchise....

This was the worst drive thru experience I have ever had we waited 45 mins for a cup of coffee the staff was taking thier time while more then 15 cars were waiting outside in the drive thru would not recommend coming here
