Terrible service. I went to the drive thru to order and no one answered. I went up to the staff and asked if i can order there at the cashier and staff denied to provide a service.The staff here does not know how to provide a service. Literally ruined the Tim Hortons franchise and how to deal with customers. This occurred about a month ago.... I went through the drive through and requested a medium iced coffee to be made in a large cup. I was told they weren't able to do it... even though they have in the past. I then told them I was fine with paying Xtra for the cup but was still denied. When asked to speak to a manager she advised she was the store manager named harpreet.
