I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Village of India Restaurant in Brampton! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the service was attentive without being overbearing.
We tried the Aloo Tikki and the Stuffed Kulcha, and both dishes were simply outstanding. The Aloo Tikki was perfectly crisp on the outside while soft and flavorful on the inside, with just the right balance of spices that made every bite mouthwatering. The Stuffed Kulcha was fresh, fluffy, and generously filled — it paired beautifully with the chutneys and made for the ultimate comfort food.
What I loved most was the authenticity of the flavors — it truly felt like a taste of home-style cooking, done with care and passion. The quality and freshness of the food stood out immediately.
If you’re in Brampton and craving authentic Indian cuisine, I can’t recommend Village of India enough. We’ll definitely be coming back to try more of their menu!

I went to this restaurant for the first time. I ordered golgappe and aloo tikki from here. Golgappe were good, but tikki was served raw, and not properly cooked. Also, the place was dirty.

The old person/ owner is an awesome person with good understanding of every aspect. Experience counts. He was very gentle, polite and informed us to all the details about any question asked. Huge applause to him. Staffa are well mannered and very well trained.

I tried jalebi at Village of India (London branch) and it was absolutely delicious! 🍴 Crispy on the outside, perfectly juicy and sweet on the inside – it tasted exactly like authentic jalebi back home in India. 😍 The texture and flavor were spot on, reminding me of traditional mithai shops in India. If you’re craving real Indian sweets, this is definitely the place to go. Highly recommended! 🙌
