We celebrated Janmashtami for the first time and wanted to do something different and thought live dosa would be interesting. But we were also in a dilemma that the guests were spread across different times throughout the day. A friend recently picked up idlis and vadas from here for a potluck, and everyone really enjoyed them! The idlis were soft and fluffy, while the vadas had that perfect crispy bite with lots of flavor. The sambhar was tasty and well-balanced, with just the right amount of chilli — unlike some places that make it overwhelmingly hot. I recently visited Vinayagar Vilas in Brampton and was very happy with the experience. They serve authentic South Indian food at very reasonable prices—you can eat a lot for a very affordable amount, especially compared to other places in the area. The taste and quality of the food were excellent, and the staff was friendly and polite.
