Do they even know how to cook There menu food? Tasteless, dried and half cooked there best goat dish uncooked at many. Spoiled the mood, threw in the garbage. Not worth the exorbitant price they charge. Stay away from this place.I used to work as a good restaurant my self. I recommend for them so many friends there business supporters but I was been after long time who was serving the food those person call boss he was completely dronk even so may guest were waiting there are no response. I don’t know how was your business running up.good or bad your self but worsed experience very stupid behaviour n very poor business minded who was trying to do there business. Naver ever visit in my life very very bed experience.

i really like this place I've been here since you guys called it shangrilla. The food is tasty my favorite was the chilli chicken and rise, the staff was awesome,The chief was really nice,the owner was very nice. this is my favorite place in brampton. best food i have ever tasted. and i am defenitly going to tell all my freinds about this. keep up the great service

i have been going to this place for 5 years, it used to have good customer service,amazing hakka food including the chilli chicken and man i got to tell they had some good chilli chiken. now that i go there it lacks good customer service, the staff is so rude,the sign outside said hakka food but then when i go inside they say they dont serve it. defenitly not recommending to my freinds and advise you not to go there as well. there are plenty of other rusterants in the city that are way better then this place.

I just want to say it takes a lot for me to take time and make a review. I really felt like this place needs a way lot more praise than it's getting. The food here is amazing!!! My kids love the chicken fried rice with veggies and I love their hakka szechuan chicken its amazing. If you haven't tried it you don't know hakka! And in general I think every hakka dish has been amazing so far my favorite is the szechuan chicken with szechuan chicken fried rice. YUM!
